HOW TO HOST A CEREMONIAL HAIR WRAP GATHERING OR PARTY

I'm so excited you want me to come visit your town and share the Hairwrap Experience with others!
BOOKINGS REQUIRE:
ONE day: 3-4 appts.
TWO days, overnight: 5-10 appts.
THREE days, 2 nights: 10-16 appts.
MINIMUM is 3 private appointments per day.
1. Call me anytime with questions.
2. BEFORE BOOKING: Do you have 6-14 friends that can commit to a hair wrap at the event? Give them at least TWO or more MONTH'S NOTICE so they may plan to attend. Call them immediately! Do not wait until the week of the event to set up appointments. See 4 below.
3. Have a SIGN UP sheet for appointments. Private appointments are scheduled every 2 hours (maintenance appts. are only an hour.)
Make NOTE if they are for a NEW hair wrap or MAINTENANCE on an existing hair wrap.
Is their hair short, medium or long?
Record their NAME, PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL. Deposit amount.
4. EACH PRIVATE 2 HOUR APPOINTMENT requires a $25 DEPOSIT. This deposit is non-refundable and covers my costs. The deposit will be applied to your wrap cost when you arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. You may sell their appointment to someone else, if they must cancel. I am usually on a tight schedule when on the road and this practice keeps me moving forward.

5. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS must give 48 hours notice. This allows someone else the opportunity to receive a private appointment that might have missed out. You can pass on your deposit to a friend, just notify me. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR $25 deposit for a no show. If Gathering is canceled, ALL deposits will be used to purchase more beads!
6. SPECIAL BEADS & CHARMS FROM HOME or FAMILY: I encourage the use of family jewelry. It is wonderful to have the energy of an ancestor or family member on your person through your journey.
7. The MAGIC BEAD BAGS accept DONATIONS. This is a wonderful opportunity to pass on any beads to our community. If you have any single earrings or broken necklaces, please pass them on to other members. I do offer charity wraps. This keeps the flow...
8. OVERNIGHT STAYS WELCOME. Pre-arrangements must be made. A comfy couch or guest room is appreciated. I would love to explore the area if time allows! I'm very allergic to birds but cats and dogs are fine. I come prepared with allergy pills. I can bring my own bedding, if necessary. Let's plan on going out for dinner to your favorite place!
MY FOOD ALLERGIES: Tomatoes, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and chocolate! I am a carnivore that loves vegetarian!
